My dear friend, Albert Spencer past away on Sunday, August 2, 2009 of an apparent massive heart attack at home around 7pm. He would have been 46 years old. He is survived by a son and new born grandson.

Albert was a very kind person. He would help any person he could. Even during the recent economic hard times while he has been unemployed, he would continue to reach out and assist those around him in need.
We’re going to miss you buddy! Rest in peace. See you in heaven buddy.

NYPD Officer Killed By Another NYPD Police Officer

New York City Police officer shot during an incident in East Harlem late Thursday night has died.
The shooting took place near the corner of 124h Street and Second Avenue, at approximately 10:30 p.m. The officer was was taken to Harlem Hospital in critical condition, but succumbed to his injuries.
Police said the officer, who had just gotten off work, was shot and killed by a fellow officer while chasing a suspect who had broken into his car.
The shooting happened within blocks of a Harlem police station.
said the 25-year-old officer, Omar Edwards, died about an hour later at Harlem hospital.
Edwards noticed a man rummaging through his car and starting chasing him with his gun drawn.
